In some pdf texts there are errors. For instance,
in the History of the Standard Oil Volume 1, Ida Tarbell,
page 37 of the book produces Acrobat errors and is blank.
In the compbined text (V1 and V2 in single book)
found on google books, the page is present.

I'd like an easy way to inform the contributor that there is an error. Is there one?

I am no heavyweight here, but nobody else has replied, so:

On the left side of the screen, under the "view the book" panel, is a panel "resources" with an option "report errors".

I have no idea who actually does anything about reported errors.
